Project Description
Willow City Loop Ranch has a dynamic wet weather creek with steep ravines and draws that runs along the east side of the ranch. There are many large oaks, cedar elms, and mesquites. The southern part of the ranch has been cleared of unwanted bee brush, cedar and mesquite regrowth to provide better habitat and browse for wildlife. Native grasses, wildflowers and wildlife are abundant. There are many great building sites to take advantage of the outstanding views of the surrounding mountains. A well has been drilled with 20GPM. Paved access, Willow City Loop frontage, and only 20 miles from FBG
There is good ground water in the area. ~42 acres of pasture on east side with tillable soil that could be cultivated….sunflowers or dove weed for bird hunting or other various crops. A LCRA transmission line crosses the ranch but is not intrusive and does not impact the ranch in a negative manner.
